Voices Carry (Temari 101)
This is a complex 10 division that results in a series of pentagons, triangles, and diamonds being created with marking threads. Vibrant, contrasting colors comprise the mari base, forming a dynamic thread wrap layer that evokes the bold energy of street art. I then embroidered twelve delicate kiku designs using soft cream cotton thread, adding an intricate touch to the piece.
